All information submitted on this site is held in strict confidence and will not be sold, traded, rented or distributed in any manner. Information submitted is used for internal purposes only. We will never share your personal information with anyone.

Your personal credit card information is not stored on our computer servers. Credit card processing is handled via Shopify on secure servers, a safe method of online payment.


We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Here is a current list of shipping times for the different types of seals and customization:

In order to avoid delays, mistakes and extra charges, please contact us with any questions you may have prior to placing your order.


We currently use UPS Ground only for all internet orders. You may use your own UPS shipping account by indicating your account number in the special instructions memo field of the shopping cart and selecting “Your UPS Account” during the checkout process. If you complete your order with missing required information, please contact us as soon as possible.


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accept a return for an exchange or a refund if the item is sent back in its original packaging and as-sold condition. Unfortunately, custom printed orders are not returnable.


Return your purchase pre-paid and insured for your protection. After we receive your package, we will notify you and start the refund process. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee if we are not at fault.
